Directions:

Always use freshly boiled water to brew tea. The boiling tempreture of the water should be around 85° C. Add one teaspoon (around 2.5g) dry leaves per cup and steep for 4 to 5 minutes to taste. Once the tea is ready strain immediately. Multiple Infusion 2 times. (Never boil Darjeeling Tea directly in water.)
